You book a tutor by scheduling a session on the calendar. Indicate your name, students name, subject, and the length of the session. Tutorjocks will call to confirm the time and location of the session.

How do I get a tutor?
Tutorjocks lets you pick a subject or two in which your student needs help. The each session is scheduled by the hour. You can easily schedule the times that are available on the calendar and pay online using PayPal or pay in person. Once your session is scheduled, Tutorjocks will give you a call confirming your session and the location of the library nearest you!

How does Tutorjocks work?
Your student can get help with any subject that he or she prefers. The tutor will provide a short questionnaire to better prepare the student session. If a subject is not listed, please indicate what your student needs help with before booking.

What can I get help with?
What's the minimum time to work with a tutor?
The minimum time to work with a tutor is per session. This is 1 hour sessions. SAT Prep, GRE, PSAT prep requires two sessions per week. These can be scheduled back to back as well. The parent can indicate the length of time available for the student while taking recommendations from the tutor for maximum results.

Each tutor will document each session by providing an information sheet that covers the subject matter, problems, practice tests, and home prep that the student will provide for the parent after each session. These serve as review before test taking events.
Can I review my previous sessions?
You can inquire to work with the same tutor. We prefer the student to work with the same tutor each time, so that will not be a problem!
